Nouriture - Anmol Feeds Private Limited is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal - Assistant Manager to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a wide range of legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Assist in land purchase and sale documentation, including due diligence.
- Support the legal team in credit recovery matters and licensing processes.
- Handle documentation and submission of tenders.
- Liaise with government authorities, stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to legal assistants.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation and compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in corporate legal functions (preferred in manufacturing or agribusiness sector).
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
