Details of the Job/Internship
Drip Capital is hiring a Corporate Legal Assistant with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes.
- Draft and review legal agreements and contracts.
- Prepare compliance checklists and maintain legal documentation.
- Support corporate actions including M&A, corporate finance and capital market matters.
- Address day-to-day legal queries and provide timely advice.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the legal department.
- Assist in obtaining business licenses and registrations.
- Participate in automation and templating of legal documentation with technology teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (BLS/LLB).
- 2+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in financial services, NBFCs or law firms handling trade finance or corporate advisory.
- Knowledge of contract law, company law and RBI / FEMA regulations.
- Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and proactive work approach.
