KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd. (KGL) is looking for a candidate for the position of Corporate Legal Assistant with 3 to 5 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including filing and dispatching as per required protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and preparing comprehensive documentation.
- Create, organize, and maintain legal files and records in an efficient manner.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents by drafting preliminary versions and ensuring accuracy in the final content.
- Handle expense claims and reimbursement processes in adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Conduct legal research and assist with background investigations, as and when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized Indian university with strong academic credentials. Having LL.M. or higher qualifications in corporate or commercial law is advantageous.
- Familiarity with third-party contract management systems is required.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in legal support, ideally handling corporate law matters for multinational or Indian companies.
- Knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and compliance with international statutory frameworks.
