Unity Small Finance Bank is hiring a Corporate Legal Assistant with experience of 3–5 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai or Santacruz.
Role and Responsibilities
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts including software, SaaS, IT, and loan agreements.
- Comfortable leading contract negotiations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to provide sound legal advice and support.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken.
- Background in banking or NBFCs preferred.
- Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
- Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.
- Litigation-focused profiles are not preferred.
