CriTaxCorp is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting of Agreements, Legal Notices, and HR Policies.
- Providing sound and practical legal advice about corporate and commercial legal issues.
- Good contract drafting skills with the ability to handle clients' communication, briefs, and work execution independently.
- Ability to understand client's business efficiently.
Eligibility
Preference will be given to candidates with experience of more than 2 years in the above-mentioned areas.
