Details of the Job/Internship

D R Law Associates is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize corporate and commercial agreements.
• Prepare legal opinions, transaction notes, and client summaries.
• Support due diligence, deal documentation, and post-closing compliances.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indian laws.
• Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Maintain internal clause libraries and templates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for execution.

Eligibility

• LLM in Corporate Law preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal issues.
• Familiarity with corporate regulations and compliance processes.

Salary/Stipend
