Details of the Job/Internship
Finleaf The Consultants is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience to join its office in Ghaziabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents including agreements, contracts, and MoUs.
- Assist in compliance and advisory matters under the Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
- Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory ROC filings.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal opinions.
- Support due diligence, investment documentation, and transaction structuring.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Eligibility
- LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal or compliance roles.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and corporate documentation.
- Strong understanding of Company Law, SEBI, FEMA, and allied regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Delhi NCR (Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
