Gulf Development Public Company Limited is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with at least 3 years of experience to join their office in Bangkok City. The role involves supporting the Corporate Legal Department in drafting contracts, managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, coordinating with government authorities, and providing accurate legal analysis to stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Legal Department in contractual drafting and legal documentation management.
- Monitor key timelines and ensure continuity of legal processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities to facilitate business operations.
- Provide accurate and reliable legal analysis to supervisors and stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and certify contracts and other legal documents.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
