HYrEzy Tech Solutions is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Bengaluru office full-time.
Role and Responsibilities
- Set up and manage legal entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee corporate governance, commercial contracts, product regulations, IP, employment law, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, partners, and franchisees.
- Build and scale legal frameworks to support brand entry and expansion.
- Manage external counsel and consultants across countries efficiently.
- Implement legal technology tools for compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Eligibility
- 3+ years of legal experience across India, GCC, and Southeast Asia.
- Proven experience in entity setup and regulatory navigation in multiple jurisdictions.
- Strong foundation in corporate law, commercial contracts, franchise/licensing, regulatory compliance, IP, employment law, and company secretarial matters.
- Experience in building legal frameworks from scratch and scaling them.
- Familiarity with contract management systems and AI-driven legal tools.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
