HYrEzy Tech Solutions seeking a Corporate Legal Associate to establish and scale their legal function as a strategic enabler of their 5–7 year growth vision.

Role and Responsibilities

• Set up and manage legal entities across multiple jurisdictions (incorporation, foreign investment, and regulatory processes).
• Oversee compliance on corporate governance, commercial contracts, product regulations, IP, and employment law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, distributors, partners, and franchisees.
• Build and scale legal frameworks to support rapid brand entry and international expansion.
• Manage and coordinate with external counsel across geographies for cost-efficient, aligned advice.
• Implement and optimize legal tech tools for compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, enabling growth and innovation.

Eligibility

• Multi-Country Expertise: 3–5+ years in India, GCC, and Southeast Asia, with proven experience in entity setup and regulatory navigation.
• Domain Knowledge: Corporate law, commercial contracts, franchise/licensing, regulatory compliance, IP, employment law, and company secretarial matters.
• Growth-Stage Experience: Built or scaled legal frameworks in growth-stage or multi-market businesses.
• External Counsel Management: Ability to manage outside counsel efficiently across jurisdictions.
• Tech-Enabled Mindset: Familiar with contract management systems, compliance software, and AI-driven research tools.
• Cross-Functional Skills: Strong communication and influence across business teams (marketing, finance, supply chain, product).
• Leadership & Integrity: High ethical standards, sound judgment, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
