Details of the Job/Internship

Lodha is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with 6–10 years of experience to join their corporate legal team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Support PAN-India leasing transactions specifically for warehousing and commercial real estate units.
Manage end-to-end legal transaction cycles, including the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of complex commercial contracts.
Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for potential clients and transactions.
Perform detailed title reviews and risk assessments to safeguard company interests.
Resolve legal issues and bottlenecks arising during the deal-closure process.
Provide strategic legal support to business teams to ensure commercial documentation aligns with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university.
6 to 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
Prior experience with a reputed law firm or a high-growth in-house corporate legal team.
Strong Preference: Exposure to the logistics, warehousing, commercial real estate, or retail sectors.
Expertise in property laws, title verification, and commercial contract negotiation.
