Details of the Job/Internship
MediaMint is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate with around 1 year of experience to join its Legal & Compliance team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on contract management and legal operations, supporting global clients through end-to-end contract lifecycle management and related legal processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and support negotiation of standard commercial contracts, including NDAs, client contracts, service agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, execution, storage, renewals, amendments, expiries, and obligations.
- Maintain centralised contract repositories with version control and audit-ready documentation.
- Track and manage multiple contract requests with defined task lists and SLAs.
- Prepare and manage DocuSign envelopes and monitor electronic signature processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties for timely contract execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk guidelines, and applicable legal requirements.
- Support audits, data requests, and legal documentation activities.
- Assist with day-to-day legal administrative and operational tasks.
- Contribute to improving CLM tools, DocuSign workflows, templates, and legal processes.
Eligibility
- Around 1 year of experience in contract management, legal operations, or corporate legal roles.
- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms.
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management tools such as Icertis, SpotDraft, Ironclad, or ContractWorks.
- Strong drafting and reviewing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for contract tracking and reporting.
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
