Details of the Job/Internship
MYCPE ONE is hiring a Corporate Legal Associate to provide strategic legal guidance, manage complex legal matters, and support cross-border business operations. The role involves navigating diverse legal frameworks and ensuring alignment of legal strategies with organizational objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Represent and support the organization in international arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Advise on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
- Coordinate with external counsel and international stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions.
- Deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions to internal teams.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
- Admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions (preferred).
- Proven experience in both in-house legal roles and litigation practice.
- Exposure to international and cross-border legal matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
