Details of the Job/Internship

Naadbramha Idli is seeking a Corporate Legal Associate with 3–5 years of experience to work at their Pune office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and service contracts.
• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance across all vendor contracts.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and advise on risk mitigation.
• Maintain and update vendor agreement databases and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams on vendor onboarding and contract management.
• Monitor contract renewals, terminations, and compliance with terms.
• Address vendor disputes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Stay informed on updates in corporate, contract, and vendor compliance laws.
• Help improve standard contract templates and legal policies.
• Provide internal legal training on contract management best practices.

Eligibility

• Education: LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 3–5 years in contract drafting, vendor management, or corporate legal compliance.
• Strong grasp of contract law, commercial agreements, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in legal research tools and contract management software.
• Experience in corporate legal advisory roles (preferred sectors: manufacturing, food, service industries).
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and dispute resolution preferred.
• Familiarity with cross-border contract management is an advantage.
