Pramah Lawmen is hiring Corporate Legal Associate to join their office in Gurugram.
Eligibility
- Advising businesses on legal issues related to their operations, such as contracts, regulations, and compliance, intellectual property laws.
- Reviewing, drafting and Negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including business contracts, joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, licensing agreements, and settlement agreements, to protect clients' legal interests and minimize legal exposure.
- Advising businesses on the legal implications of corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, Intellectual property portfolio, etc.
- Knowledge of Due Diligence processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and the delivery of high-quality legal services, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction, professionalism, and integrity.
