Pramah Lawmen is inviting applications for the position of Corporate Legal Associate to join their Gurugram, office.

Qualification:  Law Professional

Mode: Onsite, Gurugram

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and execution of services related to corporate and commercial laws.
• The Candidate should be able to provide legal advice to businesses regarding the legal aspects of their operations, including contracts and regulations, and compliance.
• The Candidate should have the ability to negotiate and create contracts and deals, like employment contracts, business deals, joint ventures, share buy-outs, and mergers.
• The candidate should have the ability to provide legal advice to businesses regarding corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions.
• The Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in due diligence procedures.
