Details of the Job/Internship
Indo Amines Ltd. is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Consultant with 6-8 years of experience to join their office in Kalyan Dombivli.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting & Documentation:
- Prepare agreements, notices, contracts (domestic and international), bonds, complaints, and replies.
- Legal Compliance & Filings:
- Handle company registrations, affidavits, board resolutions, and legal formalities.
- Legal Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct case studies, prepare monthly legal MIS, and forecast legal action with due diligence.
- Departmental Legal Support:
- Address legal issues related to HR, Marketing, and other departments.
- Manage full & final settlements.
- Property & Asset Matters:
- Review and support property-related legal issues (land and buildings).
- External Coordination:
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and ensure timely updates on ongoing matters.
- Advisory & Contract Review:
- Review agreements and international contracts, support business teams with legal advisory.
- Legal Projects & Presentations:
- Contribute to legal and secretarial team projects, prepare legal presentations for departmental reviews.
- Litigation Support:
- Attend court dates and legal hearings; manage all company and private legal cases.
- Legal Meetings:
- Represent the company in all internal and external legal meetings.
Eligibility
- Education: LLB is mandatory.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of legal experience in corporate environments.
- Skills:
- Strong command of English (written & verbal)
- Excellent drafting and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask across varied legal domains
