Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is hiring a Corporate Legal Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and legal documents.
- Manage governance processes including board meetings and filings.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations at all levels.
- Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with external legal counsel.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Advise on labor law, IP, data privacy, and more.
- Monitor and adapt to changes in legislation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM is a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate legal experience.
- Strong knowledge in corporate, contract, and commercial law.
