Details of the Job/Internship
iBUS is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with 5–8 years of experience to manage corporate legal functions, compliance, and contractual matters at its Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, customer contracts, and service agreements.
- Issue legal notices, claims, and responses.
- Ensure consistency of contract terms with company policies.
- Develop and implement compliance policies across iBUS group companies.
- Maintain compliance trackers and legal documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align legal processes with business operations.
- Manage contract lifecycle and monitor key timelines.
- Assist the General Counsel in strategy, growth, and cross-border expansion initiatives.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university/law school (CS qualification preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
- Must have experience in transactions/M&A, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred experience in IT, infrastructure, or telecom sectors.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
