Details of the Job/Internship

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel with over 10 years of experience specializing in contracting within the IT industry.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet IT, ITES, and technology contracts including MSAs, EPC, turnkey contracts, and professional service agreements.
• Handle tender documentation processes including bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Manage contractual correspondence with clients and internal teams.
• Amend or extend contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations to protect company interests.
• Liaise with various stakeholders including OEMs, service providers, subcontractors regarding software licenses, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower contracts.

Eligibility

• LLB degree holder with 10+ years of relevant experience in IT contracting.
• Strong understanding of IT and technology industry contracts and tender processes.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment skills.
