Details of the Job/Internship

Zimyo is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel – SaaS with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS subscriptions, MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, reseller contracts, shareholder and investment agreements.
• Prepare legal corporate documentation such as company policies, meeting notices, and minutes.
• Standardize contract templates and manage contract lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, IP laws, export controls, and technology regulations.
• Coordinate with external counsel on litigation and cross-border legal issues.
• Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Draft internal compliance policies on privacy, ethics, and anti-bribery.
• Advise leadership and cross-functional teams on legal matters.
• Conduct legal training sessions and support HR on employment laws and vendor contracts.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree (mandatory); LL.M. or specialization in corporate/IT/IP law preferred.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience with at least 2 years in a SaaS or tech company.
• Experience with SaaS agreements and B2B enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Business-focused legal mindset.
