Details of the Job/Internship
Contract Bazar is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage client communication, handle inquiries, and provide legal updates and status reports.
- Draft, review, and finalize agreements such as NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies.
- Review and vet legal documents prepared by junior staff or received from third parties.
- Identify legal risks and suggest improvements to ensure compliance and quality.
- Delegate tasks to junior lawyers, provide guidance, and monitor progress.
- Ensure agreements and policies comply with applicable legal regulations and firm standards.
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate legal work.
- Strong drafting, reviewing, and client advisory skills.
- Ability to manage client communication and meet stipulated timelines.
- Experience in supervising junior staff and delegating work effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines.
