Details of the Job/Internship
Contract Bazar is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Counsel with 4-5 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Client Interaction & Communication: Manage client calls, respond to inquiries, provide legal updates, advice, and status reports.
- Drafting of Agreements & Policies: Prepare, review, and finalize NDAs, employment contracts, service agreements, and internal policies. Ensure legal compliance and client requirements are met.
- Reviewing & Vetting Documents: Review and vet legal documents for compliance with laws and internal guidelines. Provide recommendations for improvements.
- Work Delegation to Juniors: Assign research, drafting, and administrative tasks to junior lawyers, providing guidance, feedback, and monitoring progress.
- Compliance with Legal Standards: Ensure all agreements and policies meet local and international legal requirements. Incorporate updates from legal developments.
- Time & Task Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and use tools to track progress ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Eligibility
4-5 years of relevant experience.
