Details of the Job/Internship
Dilicheck is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and legal ops teams to ensure our platform meets real-world legal needs.
- Conduct due diligence readiness assessments and gap analyses for clients.
- Review and organize legal documentation (contracts, IP, compliance, policies) for audit preparation and virtual data rooms.
- Assist in client onboarding—from kickoff to checklist walkthroughs.
- Train our AI engine on contract logic, regulatory flags, and document patterns.
- Develop and refine legal playbooks, knowledge bases, and compliance toolkits.
Eligibility
- 5+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or technology law.
- Strong understanding of due diligence, investor audits, or M&A transactions.
- Familiarity with contract structuring, compliance documentation, and legal workflows.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
