Details of the Job/Internship
Drip Capital is hiring Legal Associates and Legal Managers with experience of 2–6 years to join their in-house Legal team in Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and other legal documents.
- Prepare compliance checklists and maintain proper documentation and records.
- Provide legal support on corporate actions, including M&A, corporate finance, capital markets, and general corporate matters.
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters and implement necessary changes across the organization.
- Support business teams with day-to-day legal queries and provide timely advice.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, including automation and templating of legal documents.
- Lead, mentor, and manage junior legal staff for the Legal Manager role.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Eligibility
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Relevant experience in corporate law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
