Details of the Job/Internship

IBS Software is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with 7-10 years of experience to join their office in Trivandrum.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including software licensing (SaaS model), Master Service Agreements, Vendor/Procurement Agreements, and Consultation Agreements.
• Handle legal matters related to technology contracts.
• Manage legal issues or disputes related to intellectual property rights.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
• 7-10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in a corporate law firm or the legal department of a medium to large organization.
• Demonstrated experience in handling technology contracts, including software licensing.
• Preferably, exposure to intellectual property rights and related legal matters.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts with international clients.
• Strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend
