Details of the Job/Internship
iQor India is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with 4 or more years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements with customers.
- Advise on commercial legal issues, risks, and contract interpretation matters.
- Support process improvements in contract management.
- Develop and maintain template agreements, contract playbooks, and sales processes.
- Support agreements under executive consideration, including vendor and channel partner contracts.
- Assist in corporate matters including equity plan administration and shareholder affairs.
- Contribute to projects involving privacy law, compliance, information security, intellectual property, and regulatory issues.
- Ensure the appropriate handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Minimum 4 years of legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is strongly preferred.
