Details of the Job/Internship

Irish Expert is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal counsel with experience of 2+ years to join their Kerala office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on a wide range of issues, including contract negotiations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations that impact the organization and ensure compliance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring they align with the Irish's interests and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support and advise on corporate governance matters, including preparing board resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the consulting industry.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the Irish's compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, including engaging external counsel when necessary.
• Participate in negotiations and settlements to protect the Irish's interests.
• Conduct legal training sessions for internal teams to increase awareness of legal issues and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance on legal implications of business decisions.
• Implement and maintain a contract management system to streamline the contract lifecycle and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, human resources, and operations, to address legal issues related to their functions.
• Work closely with external legal counsel when needed.
• Identify legal risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct legal due diligence for new business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation. y updated on content marketing best practices, SEO trends, and evolving industry standards.
• Support and guide Deputy Legal Counsel in matters relating to law.
• Analyze and monitor the performance and quality of contents.

Eligibility

• Degree in law.
• 2 Years & Above experience.
