Details of the Job/Internship
MYCPE ONE is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their office in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time role with a work schedule of 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, focused on providing strategic legal guidance, managing complex legal matters, supporting cross-border business operations, and delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Represent and support the organization in international arbitration, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Advise on cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
- Coordinate with external counsel and international stakeholders as required.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments across relevant jurisdictions.
- Deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Eligibility
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB); admission to practice law in one or more jurisdictions is preferred.
- Proven experience in both in-house legal roles and litigation practice.
- Strong exposure to international and cross-border legal matters.
- Demonstrated success handling arbitration, corporate transactions, and governance issues.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.
