Details of the Job/Internship

Noura Almaazmi Advocates & Legal Consultancy is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Counsel to join their office remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, real estate sale & purchase agreements (SPAs), and other high-value deals.
Ensure compliance with UAE corporate and commercial laws while protecting company interests.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice on corporate governance, business operations, and transactions.
Monitor regulatory changes, assess business impact, and update internal policies accordingly.
Identify and mitigate legal risks while supporting business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations) and external counsel to ensure compliance and best practices.

Eligibility

LLB or equivalent with extensive corporate law experience in the UAE.
Proven expertise in M&A, real estate SPAs, and commercial contract management.
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Deep understanding of UAE laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
