Details of the Job/Internship

Oyster Shield is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with 5+ years of PQE for a remote role in India, preferably based in Pune. The role involves working closely with global clients across Europe, the UK, the US, and India, supporting software-driven and high-growth organisations at the intersection of law, business, and operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting SaaS and technology-related contracts.
• Handling commercial negotiations and providing deal support.
• Advising on privacy, data protection, including GDPR, and compliance matters.
• Assisting with ESG and governance initiatives.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations teams.

Eligibility

• LLB qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• International exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of an additional European language is a strong plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
