Details of the Job/Internship
Richmond Park Associates is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its team remotely in Dubai, UAE. The role involves advising on contractual and corporate matters, overseeing corporate governance of clients’ offshore entities, including trusts and foundations, and contributing to client relationship management and practice growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise on contractual and corporate matters.
- Oversee corporate governance of clients’ offshore entities, including trusts and foundations.
- Deliver internal and external presentations.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Contribute to the expansion of the company’s practice and network.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preference to UK degree holders).
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or banking administration, preferably within a law firm.
- Exceptional written and oral command of English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- Consistent, organized, proactive, and diligent.
- Ability to problem-solve independently and collaboratively.
- Capable of coordinating several projects simultaneously.
