Details of the Job/Internship
Rx100 Ventures is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead legal aspects of private equity, VC, and M&A transactions.
- Draft and negotiate SHAs, SPAs, and other transactional agreements.
- Advise on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA and manage cross-border transactions.
- Support due diligence and regulatory filings.
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Stay current with legal developments affecting corporate transactions.
- Provide legal support on operational contracts and strategic initiatives.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate law.
- Expertise in Companies Act, LLP Act, FEMA, and international frameworks.
- Proven experience in handling startup-related legal matters.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- LLB required; LLM or specialization in corporate/international law preferred.
