Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and negotiation of customer and vendor contracts.
• Work on IT outsourcing agreements, NDAs, software license agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, and related legal documents.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of contract laws.
• Experience in reviewing and negotiating customer and vendor contracts.
• Preferred experience in IT outsourcing contracts, non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, and other related documents.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
