Details of the Job/Internship

Tradologie is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Counsel with 3-6 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide strategic and day-to-day counsel to management and business teams on commercial, operational, and regulatory matters.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, procurement, distribution, licensing, joint ventures, and service contracts.
• Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local and international regulations (corporate, labor, anti-bribery, data privacy such as GDPR). Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
• Corporate Governance: Support governance activities, including drafting resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with board and committee requirements.
• Dispute Resolution: Oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution in coordination with external counsel.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and other functions to align legal strategy with business goals.
• M&A / Strategic Projects: Provide legal guidance on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.
• Policy Development: Design and implement internal policies, processes, and compliance frameworks to strengthen organizational practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.); LL.M. preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in [relevant jurisdiction].
• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally a combination of law firm and in-house roles.
• Strong grounding in corporate and commercial law, with hands-on experience in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment managing multiple priorities.
