Details of the Job/Internship

Tradologie is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with 3–5 years of experience to join their office in Noida. The role involves providing legal support across business functions, ensuring compliance, managing contracts, handling disputes, and mitigating legal risks.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on labor laws, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and compliance.
• Research risk factors and implement risk management strategies.
• Establish governance policies and monitor compliance with regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
• Devise defense strategies for disputes and litigations.
• Conduct legal training for internal teams and clarify legal specifications.
• Develop proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure operational compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M preferred.
• 3–5 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or trading sectors.
• Strong drafting, contract review, and litigation management skills.
• Knowledge of corporate law, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Salary/Stipend
