Details of the Job/Internship
Zensar Technologies is hiring a Corporate Legal Counsel with 4–6 years of experience to join its legal team in Bangalore or Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts (MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, etc.).
- Support IT infrastructure and managed service deals with complex vendor structures.
- Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders across departments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, etc.) and conduct privacy assessments.
- Review and manage vendor and subcontractor agreements.
- Assist HR with labor and employment issues.
- Contribute to the legal team's contract templates and playbooks.
- Participate in CLM tool implementation and global legal efficiency projects.
- Monitor legal developments in the IT services sector.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Preferred experience in the IT or technology sector.
- Experience in IT outsourcing, infrastructure deals, SaaS, and GDPR compliance.
- Familiarity with CLM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
