Tradologie is hiring for the position of Corporate Legal Executive to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Legal Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide accurate and timely legal counsel on labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
- Research and assess legal risks associated with business decisions and operations.
- Design and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize exposure.
2. Compliance & Governance
- Develop and maintain internal governance policies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor compliance across business units and track legislative updates.
- Conduct internal audits to identify and resolve compliance gaps.
3. Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure contractual obligations align with company objectives and regulatory frameworks.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise and negotiate with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
- Build and sustain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Dispute Resolution & Defense Strategies
- Advise and collaborate with management to develop defense strategies for disputes and litigation.
- Manage complex legal matters involving multiple stakeholders with discretion and professionalism.
6. Training & Support
- Conduct legal training and awareness sessions for internal teams.
- Simplify and clarify legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
7. Proactive Legal Measures
- Develop preemptive strategies to mitigate legal risks and prevent conflicts.
- Ensure business operations are consistently aligned with current laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Proven experience as Legal Counsel in a corporate environment (B2B, SaaS, or trading sector preferred).
- Strong expertise in corporate law, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to craft both proactive and defensive legal strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and sound judgment in sensitive matters.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Salary/Stipend
