Details of the Job/Internship

Tradologie.com is hiring a Corporate Legal Executive with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage corporate legal affairs, including drafting and reviewing contracts, compliance, documentation, and legal advice.
• Provide legal counsel on labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
• Research and evaluate risk factors associated with business decisions.
• Establish and maintain governance policies and monitor compliance.
• Conduct internal audits for legal conformity.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements and contracts.
• Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and public authorities.
• Devise and implement defense strategies for disputes and litigations.
• Provide legal training and guidance to internal departments.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure operations align with laws.

Eligibility

• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in a corporate environment, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or trading sectors.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and procedures.
• Understanding of the external environment’s impact on corporate operations.
• Ability to devise proactive and defensive legal strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive matters.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Salary/Stipend
