CALIM Consultancy Services is hiring a Corporate Legal Intern to join their team remotely. The role focuses on corporate governance, compliance, and legal frameworks supporting business operations.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining corporate records and supporting board-related activities.
• Monitor changes in regional regulations and prepare summary reports on legal impact.
• Assist with intellectual property filings and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Support drafting of internal policies and corporate resolutions.
