Details of the Job/Internship
Payoneer is hiring a Corporate Legal Intern to join their office in Gurugram on a full-time, in-office basis. The role will support corporate compliance for Skuad group entities across SEA, EMEA and LATAM, including statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, drafting corporate documents and assisting in corporate governance processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support the group corporate secretary in managing entities and expansion activities.
- Provide secretarial guidance to board members.
- Review and manage secretarial compliances under applicable laws.
- Support the Board, Board Committees and Independent Directors with compliance requirements.
- File statutory documents and reports as required by law.
- Review agreements and monitor shareholder and corporate obligations.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal and cost auditors regarding compliance matters.
- Create and manage data rooms for diligence processes.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and take necessary action.
