Details of the Job/Internship

Statiq is inviting law students to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a tracking system for legal process audits.
• Analyze internal legal and compliance workflows; identify gaps and suggest practical, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve legal process alignment.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate, regulatory, and IP laws relevant to the EV and tech sectors.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Support contract lifecycle activities—drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents.
• Document internal meetings, negotiations, and compliance discussions.
• Help create and update SOPs and internal policy documents.
• Conduct research and support filings relating to IP, tech innovation, and related matters.
• Provide legal support across cross-disciplinary projects intersecting law and technology.
• Take initiative and demonstrate ownership in legal operations and research tasks.

Eligibility

• Education: Pursuing LLB (4th or 5th year) from a recognized law school.
• Experience: 1–2 prior internships in law firms, corporate legal teams, or in-house legal departments preferred.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of corporate law, contract law, and IP rights.
