Details of the Job/Internship
Tech World Networking is hiring a Corporate Legal & Compliance Summer Intern for students currently studying in the USA to support research, analysis and special projects covering insurance-related topics and policy documentation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research and create summaries or presentations on evolving insurance topics.
- Analyze current policy language and identify potential updates to proprietary insurance forms.
- Research key competitors and prepare program summaries.
- Assist with special projects and assigned tasks.
Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in a U.S. university majoring in Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Communication, Sales, Actuarial, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Accountancy or Industrial Engineering.
- Applications from students outside the USA cannot be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Public Relations, Management Consulting, Organization and Management, Advertising, Communication, Sales, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Graduation dates between December 2026 and May 2028.
- Experience in legal research required.
- Preferred: Experience in corporate environments balancing competing priorities.
- Preferred: Interest in insurance or financial services.
- Preferred: Corporate background or interest in working at an international publicly traded S&P 500 company.
- Preferred: Familiarity with investment management or related legal documentation.
- Entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Salary/Stipend
$26 – $28 hourly.
