Role and Responsibilities
- Research and analyze laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance. with legal requirements in the corporate sector.
- Government filings related to various company compliance factors.
- Content writing based on current corporate compliance and trends.
- Corporate Tax Laws.
- Labour Laws Registration and Compliance.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law.
- Strong Research and Analytical Skills.
- Familiarity with legal compliance frameworks and corporate law is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google.
