Details of the Job/Internship
Propelld is hiring a Corporate Legal Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the lending and financial services domain to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for co-lending, securitisation (PTC/DA), and debt transactions.
- Prepare and manage Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents.
- Coordinate with credit, compliance, finance, and business teams to support transaction execution.
- Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions for legal documentation and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
- Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and compliance reviews.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in lending or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, and debt transactions.
- Prior experience in FinTech, NBFC, or Banking preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
