Details of the Job/Internship

ACME Group is hiring a Legal Expert for its Green Steel Business with experience of 5–8 years to join their legal team.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and review various legal agreements related to regulatory, commercial, green bonds, and commodity indexes.
Provide legal vetting of contracts related to equipment supply and order off-take agreements.
Support the process of obtaining statutory approvals and licenses required for setting up green steel manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract closure within stipulated timelines.
Identify and highlight legal risks in agreements and facilitate mitigation in coordination with the corporate legal team.

Eligibility

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Law.
5–8 years of corporate legal experience in the steel industry.
Experience dealing with legal contracts and drafting agreements related to regulatory and commercial matters.
