iSON Xperiences is currently seeking experienced professionals with a background in Corporate Law /CS to join our team as Corporate Legal.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate transactions, contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including agreements, contracts, and corporate policies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in due diligence activities and corporate governance matters.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as necessary.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate legal work, preferably in a corporate role with global firm.
- Sound knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
