Details of the Job/Internship

Nexusnow.ai is hiring a Corporate Legal Manager with over 5 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor and client agreements.
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and regulatory requirements.
• Handle statutory filings, board resolutions, and secretarial documentation.
• Manage legal notices, pre-litigation matters, and coordinate with external counsel.
• Advise business teams on legal risks, policies, and compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support internal audits.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM with 5+ years of corporate legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in IT/ITES/Consulting is preferred.
• Immediate joiner only.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
