Propelld is hiring Corporate Legal Manager with the experience of 3 to 8 years to join their office in Bengaluru.
Eligibility
- 3-8 years of demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Strong legal knowledge especially relating to contracts, agreements and managing legal risks.
- Proficiency in drafting clear, legally sound contracts and documentation.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience maintaining orderly records of executed contracts.
- Relevant legal qualifications such as LLB/ LLM.
- Prior experience in a contract specialist role at an NBFC/FinTech/ FinServ/EdTech company.
