Details of the Job/Internship
Propelld is hiring a Corporate Legal Professional with 3+ years of experience to support its core lending operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for co-lending transactions with Banks and NBFCs.
- Handle securitisation transactions, including Pass-Through Certificates and Direct Assignments.
- Prepare and review debt instruments such as Facility Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Corporate Guarantees, and related security documents.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including credit, compliance, finance, and business teams.
- Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions for timely execution of transactions.
- Ensure documentation complies with applicable legal, regulatory, and RBI guidelines.
- Support due diligence, risk mitigation, and legal compliance for lending activities.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in lending or financial services.
- Strong exposure to co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, and debt transactions.
- Prior experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
